§ 127.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 127.02 through 127.05 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $200 for each offense for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or is permitted to continue.
   (B)   (1)   Any person or corporation who violates, disobeys, or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of § 127.06, or who refuses or neglects to obey any rule, order, or sanitary regulation made by the City Health Officer or Board of Health under the authority of § 127.06, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than  $200 for each offense.
      (2)   Any person or corporation who shall hereafter engage in the business of slaughtering live stock or rendering animal matter, or the manufacture of any of the by-products of animal matter at any place within the city, or within one mile of the limits thereof, without first having obtained a license as herein provided, shall be fined not less than $25 and not exceeding $200 for each offense, and a further penalty of $25 for each and every day such person or corporation continues in such violation after the first offense. Provided, that in all cases where a urn-sauce shall be found in any building or upon any ground or other premises used for slaughtering, rendering, or the conduct of any business mentioned in this section, 24 hours notice shall be given in writing signed by the City Health Officer, to the owner or occupant of such building or other premises, where he or she is known and can be found, to remove such nuisance, and in case of his or her neglect or refusal to abate the same, in accordance with such notice, the City Health Officer is hereby authorized in his or her discretion to cause the same to be summarily abated in such manner as he or she may direct, and such person or corporation shall be chargeable with the expense which may be incurred in the abatement or removal of such nuisance, to be collected by suit or otherwise, in addition to the fine and penalty herein provided for.
