(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating, failing or refusing to comply with any of the provisions of § 118.04 shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $25 nor more than $200 for each offense, and a separate and distinct offense shall be regarded as having been committed for each and every day on which any such person, firm or corporation shall violate, fail or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of this section.
