(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, age 13 or older, to utilize in any fashion the playground equipment located in the children’s playground south of the Fire Station.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to utilize in any fashion the playground equipment located in the children’s playground area south of the Fire Station without the presence of a supervising adult of 18 years of age or older and the supervising adult must remain within 25 feet of the perimeter fence of the play area at all times during which children under his or her supervision are utilizing the equipment.
