(A) Upon inspection by the Health Officer, if it is found that any provisions of this chapter or any permit specification has been violated, the Health Department shall notify the installer to make such specified changes in the work as necessary for compliance with this chapter and said permit.
(B) If such changes are not made within the period of time specified by the Health Department, said permit shall be suspended and it shall be unlawful to place the water well into operation.
