(A) Any permit holder who violates the provisions of this chapter or any of the regulations promulgated hereunder, shall be subject to prosecution for an offense for each and every day on which the violation continues and each day that the offense continues shall constitute a separate offense. The permit holder shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 for each offense.

(B) Any person violating the provision of § 113.033 shall be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 for each violation.
