§ 92.005 INCORPORATION OF FIGURES BY REFERENCE.

   (A)   Certain design concepts, improvements standards and related matters addressed herein, because of their highly technical nature, are exceedingly difficult to express clearly in narrative fashion. Accordingly, the following illustrations (figures) are incorporated into these regulations by reference:

   Figure 1: Sight Lines at Corners

   Figure 2: Horizontal Curves

   Figure 3: Reverse Curves

   Figure 4: Typical Street Cross-Section

   Figure 5: Curb and Gutter

   Figure 6: Inlets

   (B)   The requirements indicated in the illustrations shall be as effective and binding as the narrative portions of these regulations.
