(B) No construction of any type is permitted without a construction permit. No construction is permitted nor shall be approved which does not comply with this chapter, or which otherwise endangers the health and safety of the mobile home park resident. A construction permit must be obtained prior to any construction by a mobile home resident, a mobile home owner or a mobile home park owner. Construction permits must be obtained from the license investigator prior to any construction, including, but not limited to, the construction of fences, storage sheds of any type, porches, canopies, skirting and any other construction of any kind.
