§ 32.28 DUTIES OF CHAIRPERSON OF THE COUNTY BOARD.

   The Chairperson of the County Board shall undertake the following action:

   (A)   Appoint the members of the Advisory Committee to the Board of Health in accord with § 32.26 of this chapter;

   (B)   Schedule and call to order, at the earliest convenient opportunity, the first meeting of the Board of Health for the purposes of organizing this group; and

   (C)   Schedule and call to order the first meeting of the Advisory Committee to the Board of Health for the purposes of organizing this group.
