§ 32.26 ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
   The Board of Health shall be advised by a Board of Health Advisory Committee which shall consist of at least ten members appointed by the Chairperson of the County Board with the approval of the County Board for terms of three years; except that of the first appointees, at least four shall serve for three years, at least four shall serve for two years and at least two shall serve for one year. At least one member of the Advisory Committee shall be a physician licensed in the state to practice medicine in all its branches, at least one shall be a dentist licensed in the state and one shall be a nurse licensed in the state. All members shall be chosen for their special fitness for membership on the Advisory Committee.
