§ 75.07 EXCEPTIONS.
   This chapter shall not apply to the following:
   (A)   The canvassing, peddling and soliciting performed by residents of the county for the benefit of a recognized charitable organization; and
   (B)   Any activities of or for the benefit of a religious or political organization, except for the selling of merchandise.
