Any person, organization, partnership, association, corporation or group of any type who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $500 for each offense, or the revocation for no more than one year of any license issued under this chapter to or for the benefit of the person, organization, partnership, association, corporation or group of any type, or both.
