§ 75.05 LICENSE NOT AN ENDORSEMENT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, organization, partnership, association, corporation or group of any type to advertise, represent or hold out in any matter that any license issued under this chapter is an endorsement of the licensee by the county, or by any of the county’s agents, officers, employees, departments or offices.
