§ 75.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to canvass, peddle or solicit from door to door in the unincorporated areas of the county, for the purpose of soliciting money for any cause, for taking orders for merchandise or services, or for advertising, without obtaining a license from the County Clerk.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, organization, partnership, association, corporation or group of any type to permit any person acting as its salesperson, officer, agent, employee or representative to canvass, peddle or solicit from door to door in the unincorporated areas of the county, for the purpose of soliciting money for any cause, of taking orders for merchandise or services, or of advertising, without each salesperson, officer, agent, employee or representative obtaining an individual license from the Clerk.
