No person shall take, hunt, shoot, pursue, lure, kill, destroy, capture, gig or spear, trap or ensnare, harass, or attempt to do so, wild birds or wild animals along, upon, across or from any Mass Transit District bike, walking or other recreational trail, including all Transit District railroad rights-of-way.
