§ 56.09 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   No person shall recklessly cause inconvenience, annoyance or alarm to Transit District or other transportation entity employees, guests or passengers, in or on any Transit District or other transportation entity motor vehicle, or upon Transit District or other transportation entity property, by doing any of the following:
   (A)   Engaging in fighting, in threatening harm to persons or property, or in violent or turbulent behavior;
   (B)   Making an unreasonable noise or an offensively coarse utterance, gesture or display, or communicating unwarranted and grossly abusive language to any person;
   (C)   Insulting, taunting or challenging another under circumstances in which such conduct is likely to provoke a violent response;
   (D)   Smoking, eating or drinking beverages on a Transit District or other transportation entity bus;
   (E)   Hindering or preventing the movement of persons so as to interfere with the rights of others and by any act which serves no lawful and reasonable purpose of the offender;
   (F)   Obstructing or permitting the obstruction of any doorway, stairway, aisle, corridor or exit in such a manner that it interferes with the free use of such doorway, stairway, aisle, corridor or exit;
   (G)   Creating a condition which is physically offensive to persons or which presents a risk of physical harm to person or property by any act, which serves no lawful and reasonable purpose of the offender;
   (H)   Interfere with, disable or incapacitate any dispatcher, driver or person while they are dispatching, operating or maintaining a Transit District vehicle, with the intent to endanger the safety of the employee or any passenger or with reckless disregard for the safety of human life; or
   (I)   Commits an act, including the use of a dangerous weapon, with the intent to cause harm to a Transit District employee while the employee is performing Transit District duties.
