No person shall, without the consent of the county, Transit District or any other transportation entity, paint, draw, etch or carve, by use of paint, spray paint, ink, knife or any similar method, on any county, Transit District or other transportation entity motor vehicle, building wall, fence, door, floor, sidewalk, pavement, stairway or furniture.
