§ 56.04 ALCOHOL RELATED OFFENSES.
   (A)   No person shall drink or consume alcoholic liquor in or on any Transit District motor vehicle, other publicly owned and operated bus service or upon or across Transit District property.
   (B)   No person shall transport alcoholic liquor in unsealed containers in or on any Transit District motor vehicle, other publicly owned and operated bus service, or upon or across Transit District property.
   (C)   No person while voluntarily intoxicated shall enter any Transit District motor vehicle or other publicly owned and operated bus service and do either of the following:
      (1)   Engage in conduct likely to be offensive or to cause inconvenience, annoyance or alarm to persons of ordinary sensibilities, which conduct the offender, if he or she were not intoxicated, should know is likely to have such effect on others; or
      (2)   Engage in conduct or create a condition, which presents a risk of physical harm to himself or herself, a passenger, or Transit District employee or to the property of another.
