§ 54.47 ROOM ASSIGNMENT AND PRIORITY.
   (A)   Official meetings and events scheduled for the benefit of the county and other agencies of state government will take precedence in the assignment of buildings, grounds and meeting rooms.
   (B)   Meeting rooms in or on county buildings or grounds may be made available for other state governmental or special nongovernmental functions on a first come first serve basis with permission of the Buildings Committee.

The Buildings Committee reserves the right to reassign groups to alternative space or to cancel events with reasonable notice.
   (D)   Where possible, applicants should notify the Buildings Committee of cancellations at least two days in advance.
   (E)   Any freestanding tables or chairs that will be provided by the applicant and will be used on uncarpeted floors must have rubber feet, and all premises must be returned to the condition in which they were originally found.
