§ 54.33 NOISE VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   The noise level from demonstrators, picketers and protestors of any group or groups, or as individuals within any county building shall not exceed a decibel level of 85dB(A). If the noise level from these persons exceeds this limit, the noise level must be immediately decreased to an appropriate level by decreasing the noise or reducing the numbers of people within the Courthouse to lower the noise level to the above-specified level.
   (B)   No person or group of persons shall use any electronic loudspeaker, bullhorn or other amplifying device within the Courthouse building or grounds unless prior permission of the Buildings Committee is obtained pursuant to the procedures set out herein. Permission will be granted for demonstrations only.
