(A) In the case of a court finding that a person possessing fireworks or combustibles seized by any officer or employee of the Office of the State Fire Marshal, the Department of the State Police, Sheriff or Deputy Sheriff was in possession of these items in violation of the provisions of this chapter, judgment shall be entered confiscating and forfeiting the property and ordering its destruction.
(B) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter may be fined a maximum of $1,000 for each such occurrence.
