§ 3-5.11 SPEED OF TRAINS.
   (A)   Article XV of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance is amended by adding thereto a new section to be designated § 15.2 to read as follows in § 3-5.11(B).
   (B)   Section 15.2. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to operate any railroad train within the city limits of the city at a speed in excess of 45 MPH.
