§ 3-5.10 REGULATION OF PARKING LOTS.
   (A)   The Uniform Traffic Ordinance is amended by adding thereto a new numbered Article XVII to read as follows in § 3-5.10(B).
   (B)   Article XVII, regulation of parking lots, § 17. The City Traffic Engineer is directed to place and maintain any traffic control devices upon any city parking lot necessary to implement any rules or regulations applicable thereto established by resolution of the City Council.
