As required by Cal. Gov’t Code § 65915, this subchapter offers density bonuses, and incentives or concessions for the development of housing that is affordable to the types of households and qualifying residents identified in § 10-3-5.102 below. This chapter is intended to implement the requirements of Cal. Gov’t Code § 65915 et seq., and the Housing Element of the General Plan.
