(A) To achieve the purpose of this subchapter, the Planning Commission shall require that all condominium conversions conform to the City Municipal Code in effect at the time of tentative map approval except as otherwise provided in this subchapter.
(B) All provisions of the Municipal Code must be met and violations corrected prior to the approval of the final map or, upon approval of the Planning Department, funds shall be adequately escrowed or bonded to assure completion of such corrective work, prior to the closing of escrow of any unit in the project.
