§ 1-8.01 NOMINATION PAPERS; FILING FEE.

Upon the filing of nomination papers for election to any municipal office in the city, the City Clerk shall collect a filing fee of $25 which the Council finds and determines is proportionate to the cost of processing a candidate's nomination papers.
