(A) Aerobic treatment plants approved under this subchapter shall discharge to one of the following:
(1) A subsurface discharging system designed and constructed to be at least two-thirds the size determined necessary by soil evaluation.
(2) Other approved subsurface treatment system.
(B) Private sewage disposal systems (buried sand filter, re-circulating sand filters, waste stabilization ponds, and class I aerobic treatment plants) with effluent that discharges to the ground surface and also leaves the property, will not be permitted.
(C) Final inspection will include audible and visual signals, including test functions, of the alarm system.
