§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 53.01 through 53.20 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $500.
      (2)   Each day’s violation constitutes a separate offense. The State’s Attorney of Macon County shall bring such actions in the name of the People of the State of Illinois, or may bring action for an injunction to restrain such violation, or to enjoin the operation of any such establishment causing such violation.
