(A) All private sewage disposal system installation and/or pumping contractors operating within Macon County shall be licensed by the State of Illinois and registered annually with the County Health Department. All such registrations shall expire at the end of each calendar year.
(B) A private sewage disposal system installation and/or pumping contractor desiring to be registered within Macon County shall apply to the Health Department upon an application form supplied by the Health Department. This form shall be completed and signed by each applicant.
