(A) In order to protect the sewage disposal system and the closed loop well system, there shall be a minimum set back of 75 feet between the septic field and the closed loop well system, and a minimum set back of 50 feet between the septic tank and the closed loop well system.
(B) Closed loop well systems shall not be located closer than 200 feet to a water well, except when the well is a private water system well and when the owner is the same for both the water well and the closed loop well system, in which case the water well shall not be closer than 75 feet from the closed loop well system.
