If the tract lies within one and one-half miles of a municipality having subdivision review powers, the subdivider shall also prepare and submit 11 paper copies of the plat to that municipality for review. All preliminary plats submitted to the municipality shall contain the following information detailed in § 154.026(B)(1) through (6).
