(A) After the subdivider has satisfied the pre-application requirements, he or she shall then prepare and submit two paper copies and one electronic copy in an acceptable format of his or her preliminary plat to the County Regional Planning Commission for review.
(B) All preliminary plats submitted to the County Regional Planning Commission shall be on 24-inch by 36-inch paper and contain the following information:
(1) The location of present property lines, streets, buildings, watercourses, and other existing features within the area to be subdivided, and similar facts regarding existing conditions in properties immediately adjacent;
(2) The proposed location and width of streets, lots, and building lines;
(3) Existing sewers, water mains, culverts, and other underground structures within the tract or immediately adjacent thereto. The relative location and size of the nearest water mains and sewers shall be indicated in a general way upon the plat if none exist within the immediate area of the subdivision;
(4) The title under which the proposed subdivision is to be recorded, the date submitted, scale, north arrow, the names and addresses of the subdivider, engineer, and surveyor platting the tract;
(5) The names of all adjoining subdivisions; and
(6) In addition, the review agency may require a contour map showing contour intervals of two feet or less.
