§ 113.54 PUBLIC HEARING.
   (A)   One public hearing shall be held regarding applications requiring County Board approval under § 113.53 either before or contemporaneous with the County Board’s approval vote.
   (B)   The time and place of public hearing shall be published in a county newspaper of general circulation at least 15 days before the hearing.
   (C)   The hearing shall be governed by the rules of the County Board regarding public hearings.
