All suspensions need to follow the following guidelines in order to receive approval from the County Health Department:
(A) All suspensions require a two-week advance notice to the Department.
(B) All piercings used for suspensions must be done in a licensed facility by licensed body art practitioners.
(C) There must be a minimum of three licensed practitioners on the premises during the duration of the suspension.
(D) Emergency procedures must be in writing and approved by the Department.
