Violations of this chapter shall constitute an offense pursuant to 55 ILCS 5/5 -1052, punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.00. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a distinct and separate offense. Further, violations of different Sections of this Ordinance may be prosecuted as separate and distinct violations and each day a violation of any Section of this Ordinance continues shall be considered a distinct and separate offense.
