(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates the house number or unofficial street name sign display provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $50 and each day that the violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense.
(C) Any person who tampers with any street name sign and/or pole that has been installed in accordance with this chapter shall be punishable by a fine up to $250 and each street name sign and/or pole so tampered with shall be deemed a separate offense.
