The ETSB may grant minor deviations from literal compliance with the requirements of this chapter. The deviations are intended to provide relief from literal compliance with specific provisions of this chapter in instances where there is an obvious practical problem with doing so, while still adequately addressing the property in a manner which will allow it to be easily located in an emergency.
