§ 92.04 STREET NAME CHANGES.
The following regulations are established for changing the name of a public or private street that has been legally named and recorded.
   (A)   A request to change the name of an existing recorded street will require the approval of 100% of the property owners along the street. Proposed street names and signatures of property owners shall be provided to the ETSB in the form of a petition. In the event that 100% approval is not obtained, the street will not be renamed.
   (B)   The ETSB may deny the requested street name change if the ETSB finds there are public health and safety concerns regarding the change.
   (C)   Approval by the ETSB for any street name change petition for any reasons other than public health and safety will be contingent upon payment to the ETSB by the petitioner of an administrative fee of $250, plus $5 for each address along the street.
