189.08 APPEALS

Appeals from any ruling of the Director of Finance under the provisions of this chapter shall be made to Council within ten days after such ruling and Council shall have authority to annul, modify or affirm any such ruling appeals from, in conformity with the intent and purpose of this chapter. (Ord. 66-1998. Passed 12-10-98.)
