CHAPTER 187 Enterprise Zone Program

EDITOR'S NOTE: Pursuant to Resolution 48-1988, passed May 26, 1988, the City has established guidelines for the operation of the City of Macedonia Enterprise Zone Program. Such guidelines shall be adhered to by any business applying for the tax incentives available under the program and are on file at City Hall. Chapter 187 has no sections. It has been established as a place for cross references and for future legislation.
