Section 14.02 Removal.

The Municipal Engineer can be removed by the Mayor. The Municipal Engineer may appeal the removal to Council. Council shall consider such appeal, shall hold a public hearing concerning the appeal, and may overturn the removal upon four (4) affirmative votes of the members of Council.

The Municipal Engineer can be removed by Council by four (4) affirmative votes of the members elected to Council.
