Section 13.01 Director of Parks and Recreation.

Council may by ordinance provide for the creation of the position of Director of Parks and Recreation, who shall be the head of the Parks and Recreation Department and shall serve under the general supervision of the Mayor. The Director shall be appointed by the Mayor and subject to confirmation of the majority of the members elected to Council.
