Section 12.04 Removal.

Any member of the Civil Service Commission can be removed by the Mayor if a majority of the members elected to Council approve such removal by vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of Council.

Any member of the Civil Service Commission can be removed by Council by four (4) affirmative votes of the members elected to Council.
