Section 13.05 Removal of the Parks and Recreation Director.

The Director of Parks and Recreation can be removed by the Mayor. The Director of Parks and Recreation may appeal the removal to Council. Council shall consider such appeal, shall hold a public hearing concerning the appeal, and may overturn the removal upon four (4) affirmative votes of the members of Council.

The Director of Parks and Recreation can be removed by Council by four (4) affirmative votes of the members elected to Council.
