Section 3.02 Qualifications.

   The Mayor shall have been for at least two (2) years prior to the date of his election, and during his term of office shall be, a continuous resident and qualified elector of this Municipality, or territory annexed thereto, and shall have attained the age of twenty-five (25) years. The Mayor shall hold no other elective public office except that he may be a member of any duly constituted Charter Commission. He shall not be otherwise employed by, nor shall he hold any other office in this Municipality except as otherwise provided in this Charter or by ordinance enacted thereunder.
