(a) For the purpose of this chapter, the term “residential trash hauler” means a person, firm or corporation that collects rubbish, refuse and garbage from residential property on dedicated streets.
(b) “Rubbish material”, “refuse”, and “garbage” has the same meaning as the definition set forth in Codified Ordinances Section 771.01(d), (e) and (f).
