1385.11 NOTICE TO OWNER OF INTENT TO DEMOLISH.

   (a)    When determined that an emergency exists, prior to the City invoking the provisions of Section 1385.10, Council shall cause written notice of such intent to such person or persons as provided in subsection (b) hereof.

   (b)    Notice shall be served in the same manner as provided in Section 1385.06, informing the owner or agent, mortgagee of record and lien holders of record of the City's intention to demolish and remove the unsafe building or structure, at least thirty days prior to such intended action by the City.
