1361.02 PERMIT AND LICENSE REQUIRED.

   No person shall engage in the business of building or contracting as defined in Section 1361.01(b) within the City without first obtaining a permit and license therefor issued by the Building Commissioner. Only one permit is required hereunder even though such contractor may be engaged in work in more than one construction trade as general contractor or subcontractor. (Ord. 11-1979. Passed 4-26-79.)
