1361.01 DEFINITIONS.

   (a)    "Person" includes the singular and plural and shall also include any person, firm or corporation, association, partnership or any other organization.

   (b)   "Contractor" includes any person, whether a resident of the City or not, taking orders for or engaged in the business of construction as a general contractor, subcontractor or mechanical contractor, including but not limited to those involved in heating and air- conditioning, electrical, carpentry, cement, asphalt, drywall, excavating, floor covering, garage door, general building, gutter installation, landscaping (construction and maintenance), lot clearing, insulation, masonry, painting, piping, plumbing, refrigeration, roofing, sheet metal, siding, wall covering, trenching and excavating.
