913.03 RECOMMENDATION OF CONSERVATION DISTRICT.
The plans submitted to the Building Department and/or the City Engineer pursuant to Section 913.02 shall incorporate the appropriate recommendations of the Conservation District; provided, however, if any of the recommendations of the Conservation District are not incorporated into the submitted plans, the applicant shall set forth the reason for not doing so.
