§ 151.24 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS TO NUISANCE BUILDINGS.

After the Building Inspector has reported a building as being a nuisance to the Housing Administrator or his or her duly authorized Administrator, no building permit for the building may be issued except with the consent and approval of the Housing Administrator or his or her authorized Administrator.
